Delivery Information

At Fellys, we aim to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible. We use fully tracked and insured shipping methods to ensure your items arrive in the exact condition they left our store.

UK Shipping Only

Currently, Fellys only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This allows us to keep shipping costs reasonable and delivery times fast.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). Since many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind second-hand treasures, we take extra care in packaging them securely so they are protected in transit.

Delivery Methods

We primarily use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference where applicable. Standard delivery usually takes 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact our support team. We will immediately investigate the tracking status with Royal Mail and ensure the issue is resolved.
